Rental periods, pricing, and terms are specified at the time of booking. Soyouboutiqueia reserves the right to modify pricing and availability. Clients are responsible for the care and return of rented items in their original condition. Late returns may incur additional fees.
Payment Terms
Payment is required according to the terms specified in your rental agreement with Soyouboutiqueia. Deposits may be required to secure bookings. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
Liability
Soyouboutiqueia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our rental services. Clients assume responsibility for proper use of rented items. We maintain insurance coverage, but clients are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to Soyouboutiqueia. Refund policies vary based on timing and circumstances. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may result in forfeiture of deposit. We understand that plans change and will work with you when possible.
